NobleTek announces sale of overseas PLM business

Wooster, OH, April 10, 2018– Noble Technologies Corp. (NobleTek) is pleased to announce the sale of its overseas subsidiaries providing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) services to Processia Solutions Inc. The sale closed at the beginning of April 2018.

NobleTek has made the strategic decision to concentrate its efforts on the rapidly growing Engineering Services business in the U.S., which is focused on NC Programming for the Aerospace Industry. At the same time, we are proud to align our skilled overseas PLM team with Processia, which has a great reputation supporting its customers with consulting and systems integration,” stated, Kurt Jauert, President and COO of NobleTek.

NobleTek announces sale of USA software sales business

Wooster, OH, March 30, 2018– Noble Technologies Corp. (NobleTek) is pleased to announce the sale of its U.S. Dassault Systems Value Added Reseller (VAR) software sales business to Ohio-based Adaptive Corp. The sale closed at the end of March 2018.

NobleTek has made the strategic decision to concentrate its efforts on the rapidly growing Engineering Services business in the U.S., which is focused on NC Programming for the Aerospace Industry,” stated, Kurt Jauert, President and COO of NobleTek. “As a result, we made the decision to sell our U.S. based Dassault Systemes VAR software business to Adaptive. Adaptive is focused on this software sales channel and is a Platinum partner of Dassault Systemes. We are confident it will provide great support for our software customers in the U.S.A.”
