SMARTEAM to ENOVIA V6 Migration Utilities
NobleTek provides a solution offering that automates the migration of data from SmarTeam to ENOVIA V6. By leveraging these automated tools, NobleTek helps customers transition in a fast and efficient way - helping to reduce the costs and risks associated with ad-hoc approaches to migration.
The NobleTek migration solution will transfer any SmarTeam data to ENOVIA V6; using an external XML mapping that is tailored to the customer’s environment. This automated mapping focuses on CAD files, other documentation files, CAD file structure, item and BOM data as well as projects and folders.
Grow with ENOVIA V6:
Designer Central and Engineering Central are the target programs for migration. CAD data migrated to Designer Central will be 100% compatible with ENOVIA V6 CAD integrations.

Migrating CATIA V5 and other 3D CAD data with integrity, requires adherence to detail.The NobleTek migration solution provides automated CAD rename capability (of the CAD objects) that propagates to many other linked objects in the CAD dataset.

As an alternative to all-at-once migration, NobleTek also offers a coexistence solution. With the coexistence solution, SmarTeam manages the work-in-progress CAD data and ENOVIA V6 manages the item, BOM, ECO and other enterprise business processes. This solution provides full visibility and interaction with SmarTeam CAD data, from within ENOVIA V6.
