Our People

NobleTek project managers will help you define the requirements, scope the tasks, and schedule resources from its group of skilled engineers and designers. Unlike many others in this industry, NobleTek focuses on using its own full-time employees to work on your projects.  Employees are put through over two months of applied classroom training on design and manufacturing processes, regardless of their previous experience.

NobleTek makes an extra effort to understand your design environment. This means the company will use the software tools and standards that you require. Experience working in industries such as aerospace, defense, and nuclear power has instilled the importance of adhering to standards and defined quality processes. In some instances, NobleTek has set up data management systems with replicated databases in order to fully integrate with our customer's design environments.

Current Technology

Technology isn’t always easy to stay current with, so let NobleTek's staff of skilled engineers and designers do it for you.
