This product-neutral PLM Business Review service helps lay a solid foundation for a potential PLM solution implementation.  For three days, a NobleTek consultant will work with the management team, engineers and other business stakeholders to identify requirements to be addressed by the new PLM solution and to establish measurements that can later be used to determine return on investment.  This process includes:

  •  Requirements Analysis

o   Employee Interviews:  Key staff and management personnel are interviewed in order to understand the customer’s current process limitations and the desired areas for improvement.

o   Process Documentation:  NobleTek will document the processes to be affected within the organization and identify those system requirements that will be necessary to accomplish company directives.

  •  Measurements Definition

o   Documentation of Goals:  NobleTek will ascertain and document the customer’s PLM solution goals, with respect to such factors as cycle time reduction, quality improvements and financial measurements.
